To make the circuit for the robotic arm:
Procedure:
1) By using Proteus 7 Professional software design the circuit diagram of the robotic arm.
2) Then use ARES 7 Professional software to design the circuit diagram of the robotic arm’s layout
3) Print the layout on a piece of transparent paper
4) Put the printed transparent paper onto the PCB. Make sure the ink part of the paper touches the PCB.
5) Then iron the printed layout at minimum heat until the ink sticks to the PCB. It may take more than an hour to finish. Remove the transparent paper afterwards.
6) After that, submerge the PCB with Ferric Chloride Liquid until the expose copper is totally dissolved. Carefully make sure that the ink does not also dissolve so it can protect the wanted copper underneath.
7) Then, use thinner to remove the ink. Thus revealing the wanted copper.
8) Drill all of the holes for the components
9) Solder the components according to the circuit diagram.
10)Drill some hole on the remote control car to put the PCB stands. This will prevent the circuit from moving. Screw the circuit onto the remote control car.
11)Do the wiring base on the circuit diagram.
