R1 = 3.9K (orange-white-red)
R2 = 1.2K (brown-red-red)
IC-1 = LM3914 IC
VR1 = Preset Potentiometer 10KΩ
VR2 = Preset Potentiometer 10KΩ
L1-L10 = Light Emitter Diode
These are the item needed to make battery indicator:
Procedure:
1) Solder the components according to the circuit diagram
2) Calibrate the battery indicator so that when the battery is full (12 volt), the maximum LED is on
3) Drill 10 holes at the back side of the remote control car
4) Carefully place the battery indicator by inserting all 10 LEDs into the holes.
5) Finally, connect it to a power source (12 volt) and test it
